Job Description

    Principal PurposeTo lead our technical sales strategy and oversee the team responsible for architecting cloud solutions for our global clients. Bridge the gap between complex cloud engineering and commercial success, ensuring our technical value proposition aligns with our customers business transformation goals.Principal AccountabilitiesDrive revenue growth for the Cloud Platform portfolio in India. Define the technical sales roadmap for our cloud portfolio (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP). Identify emerging market trends to keep our offerings competitive. Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle for cloud, data engineering, and AI-driven analytics solutions. Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures for enterprise prospects during the pre-sales phase. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers. Act as the technical closer for high-value accounts, building trust with C-suite executives (CTOs, CIOs, CISOs). Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate customer pain points and market gaps into future product features. Define and execute go-to-market plans aligned with global OEMs Build and manage executive relationships with AI Platform OEMs, enterprise clients and strategic partners. Provide market insights to global leadership, shaping product and partnership roadmaps for the India market. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills. Proven success in Cloud or Data Solution Sales (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into ROI-driven outcomes. A strong network of CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders is an advantage. Domain exposure across BFSI, FMCG is preferred.Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).15 years in Cloud Computing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Player-Coach role within Sales Engineering.Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
