Job Description

    Job Overview: We are looking for highly driven, hardcore, industry-experienced personnelto join our team. This role requires a strong sales track record and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Targets: Achieve targeted sales closings
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of 200 active candidates at all times, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
    • Lead Conversion: Focus on maintaining a high lead-to-client conversion rate.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Travel: Conduct regular local visits to clients and prospects to close deals and strengthen relationships.
    Requirements:
    • Experience and hardcore sales personnel must be from education/ work visa and immigration background.
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Can sustain a high-pressure sales environment.
    • Open to domestic and international travel
