Responsibilities
  • Lead the Techno Commercial initiatives in Bitchem to enable the Annual Business Plan through a structured BSC.
  • Prepare /amend /update /review SOPs of all processes to execute TS & QC activities within set timelines of BSC.
  • Conducts daily tracking of Site Progress and Site Quality- Constantly tracks site information on product usage and application and undertakes proactive action to solve customer complaints within agreed timelines. Daily Management activities of TS execution at new sites and ensures complete documentation as applicable
  • Technical development for TS team by developing & implementing cost effective training for territory manpower needs & create pool of Field Technicians on contractual norms as per policy. Management of Lead Generation & conversion & close analysis of Field technicians management.
  • Makes presentations to Govt. agencies / Policy makers for promotion of the existing product & technology, new applications, new products & technologies & reinforcement of our value propositions.
  • Ownership of the Customer Complaint Management Process. Ensure the root cause analysis & customer redressal for enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
  • All works to be recorded, co-ordinate, approved through the ERP system installed in the organization.
  • Collaboratively develop technical specs, rate analysis, comparative statement for achieving DPR inclusion targets set for central agencies, state agencies, DPR consultants, IRC bodies.
  • Collaborate with PD to successfully conduct field trials & commercialization initiatives for new product development required for different and challenging sites with varying climatic conditions and R & D projects being implemented in the company.
  • Ensure 100% supply of CM as per RCMD, compliance of 100% of pre & post RCMD. Contribute to the development in areas of RCMD compliance, quality checks.
  • Ensure routine testing of RM & FG to enable error free product release from the manufacturing plant.
  • Maintains lab equipment and minimizes breakage.
  • Ensures BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification of relevant products by
  • fulfilling statutory compliances & all products to be aligned to national/international/tailor made specifications
  • Obtains necessary third party testing certifications as and when required within the system.
