Job Description

Note: Strictly looking for candidates with minimum 5 years of prior verifiable experience in marketing of interior company OR any other Interior Product.As Marketing Manager of our Interior Solutions Division, you shall be responsible for:

  • Handle End-to-End Business Development & Order Fulfilment Lifecycle for our Interior Solutions Division specializing in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Living Furniture and Turnkey / Complete Home Solutions
  • Handle the top line & bottom line sales for our company, design respected marketing strategies to fulfil the sales targeted sale.
  • Candidates are needed to work closely, coordinating with the top management.
  • Responsible for the clients outstanding amounts, which is the part of sales activity.
  • Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing & achieving high Conversion rate by securing customers order
  • Accountable for Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, achieving prescribed Sales Targets and general quality of service with Architects & Customers
  • Attend Walk-ins in Flagship Store, perform sales and marketing calls to reserve meetings with prospective clients, Architects, Builders, interior designers
  • Prepare Sales Collateral, Marketing Strategy, Execute marketing Strategy and Measure Return of Investment
  • Carry out efforts to develop customer experience at the point of sales, expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering
  • Technical Detailing, BOQ preparation, Costing & Quotation
  • Generate Project Revenue by securing business from a network of renowned builders & architects to launch new residential building projects
  • Coordinate with cross functions within the organization from lead submission to execution & payment tracking
  • Revenue & Pipeline Reporting & Analytics, Root Cause Analysis of non-closures & associated corrective measures
