      • Managing the employee lifecycle:This includes hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
      • Payroll and benefits:Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and handle compensation and benefits.
      • Data management:Maintain records and data accuracy, and protect sensitive information.
      • Compliance and legal:Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
      • Workforce planning:Assist with the organizations overall HR strategy, including succession, recruitment, and workforce planning.
      • Training and development:Manage training programs, track peoples progress, and identify areas for improvement.
      • Conflict resolution:Handle disputes among professionals.
      • Health and safety:Establish safety policies and reporting processes, and conduct training to support peoples wellbeing.
      • HR tech management:Implement and oversee software tools such as human resource information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking tools, and performance management software.
