The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating HVAC systems to ensure they meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop and manage project schedules for HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
2. System Design and Documentation:
• Create detailed HVAC designs and layouts using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Prepare technical documentation, including BOQs, material specifications, and installation guides.
3. Technical Coordination:
• Coordinate with procurement, construction teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installations align with approved plans and safety regulations.
4. Performance Analysis:
• Analyze system performance to optimize energy efficiency and functionality.
• Provide troubleshooting support for system issues.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
• Maintain quality standards in all phases of the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in HVAC planning and project management.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Familiar with HVAC system design software such as HAP or Carrier E20.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and components.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and other relevant codes.
