Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader Outbound Sales (International BPO) Location: Noida Salary: Up to 8 LPA Attractive Incentives Benefits: Both-side Cab FacilityTelus International is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Team Leader to lead our International Outbound Sales process. The ideal candidate must currently hold a team leadership role in an outbound international BPO and have a proven ability to drive sales performance in a high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.Monitor daily performance metrics, including KPIs and conversion rates.Conduct training, coaching, and development programs to enhance team capability.Drive engagement through team huddles, one-on-one feedback sessions, and performance reviews.Ensure adherence to sales quality standards and compliance protocols.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalations and implement process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12 years of experience as a Team Leader in international BPO outbound sales.Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Highly target-driven with a passion for team success.Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Contact Rohit 91 92hidden_mobile6 Vaishali91 95hidden_mobile6
