    • Job responsibilities
    • E-Commerce Strategy & Planning:
      • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
      • Align the e-commerce strategy with the overall business objectives and ensure consistency with the companys branding, product positioning, and marketing goals.
      • Identify opportunities for business growth, including new online channels, partnerships, and digital trends that enhance the customer shopping experience.
      Website Management & Optimization:
      • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring an optimal user experience, smooth navigation, and fast page loading times.
      • Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website is up-to-date with the latest products, content, and design trends.
      • Implement website optimization strategies, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates, enhance the user journey, and increase sales.
      • Manage website performance metrics, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for improvement.
      Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:
      • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
      • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive qualified traffic to the website.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
      • Develop and manage customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, email campaigns, and personalized marketing initiatives.
      Product & Inventory Management:
      • Coordinate with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability on the website.
      • Oversee product launches and promotions, ensuring that they are timely, well-executed, and aligned with business objectives.
      • Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and fulfillment efficiency.
      Customer Experience & Engagement:
      • Ensure that the e-commerce site delivers a seamless and positive customer experience from product browsing to checkout and post-purchase support.
      • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that any e-commerce-related customer inquiries or issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
      • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, using tools such as reviews, ratings, and personalized recommendations.
      Analytics & Reporting:
      • Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
      • Provide regular reports on e-commerce metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
      • Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that drive data-driven decision-making and optimization efforts.
      • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews for senior management, including recommendations for growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
      Sales & Profitability Management:
      • Monitor the e-commerce P&L, ensuring that all activities contribute to the profitability and growth of the online business.
      • Optimize the product mix, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and margin performance.
      • Work with the finance team to track e-commerce expenses and ensure the efficient use of the budget for marketing and operational activities.
      Collaboration & Team Leadership:
      • Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer service, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
      • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely execution of digital marketing initiatives and website improvements.
