Job Description

- Actively source and acquire new clients for loan sales, including home loans, mortgage loans, housing loans, and loan against property (LAP), through direct field sales activities to meet business targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing tailored housing finance solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and effectively promote additional services during client interactions. - Conduct market visits, cold calls, and meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions. - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all processes during loan application, processing, and disbursement stages. - Regularly monitor loan utilization and maintain repayment discipline through proactive follow-ups. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance sales strategies. - Deliver timely and detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to the management.
