Plant Health, Safety & Welfare: (For AJIPL and BVIPL)Ensure adequate First aid team, room, equipments & timely trainingFire safety committee meetings, equipments operation, checking & Mock drills- Policy DocumentEmergency Evacuation plant layout & GangwayTimely updation of Fire/First Aid/Emergency evacuation TeamHealth & Safety committee & meetingEmployees Health checkup as per Factory ActSupport Works committee & meetingSupport Grievance Handling Committee & MeetingSupport ICC Committee & meeting (POSH)2. Statutory Compliances & liasoning: (For AJIPL | BVIPL | SIPL| APPL | X & Y Plant)Maintain & adhere and ensure all statutory compliances as required for the plant are complied with and shall maintain the compliance ready reckoner applicable to the plant.Appearing in all Statutory cases before the competent authority in consultation with the Plant Head and Head HR.The incumbent shall be the Face for Statutory AuditsTimely renewal of all licenses as required under the various laws as applicable so as to ensure total compliances at any given point of timeContinuous Liasoning and Build good relationship with the govt. officials under various statutesMaintain the proper record keeping of all the licences and other documents relevant to Plant and Buildings.3. Administrative Controls & Execution: (For AJIPL & BVIPL)Security Protocol, Control & ManagementEnsure Proper House Keeping, cleanliness and ManagementCleaning & Sanitization of the PlantsPest Control ServicesDisposal of ScrapsCanteen ManagementPantry ManagementFront office Management & Guest relationsCivil projects and renovation of the plantHotels, PG For Respective Business UnitsVehicle Parking ManagementUniform & ShoesPremises upkeep & Garden maintenanceLockers Management4. Event Management & Employee Engagement Initiatives: (For AJIPL | BVIPL)Prepare & adhere to employees engagement calendar.Ensuring that employees are communicated on the engagement programsCreating a culture that fosters employee engagementGym facility & maintenance- Policy Document5.
