Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations objectives and culture.
    • Support talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
    • Manage performance management initiatives to cultivate a high performance culture within the organization.
    • Serve as a primary contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts, resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular, organized meetings with key stakeholders to present functional dashboards on workforce management.
    • Collaborate with Functional Heads to identify HR priorities and implement strategic initiatives.
    • Support in organizational development initiatives to align employees with company goals and growth objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to all HR policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.
    Skills Required:
    • Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliances and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using HRMS
    • Good command over MS Office, advanced Excel skills like formulas, functions, and Pivot table etc.
    • Keep updated with new HR Technology tools to support engagement, wellness, recognition etc.
