Job Description

    The primary purpose of the role is to1. Recognize and strive to meet clients hiring needs.2. Thorough research and in depth understanding of clients profile, culture, market status3. Understand and analyze overall clients need and requirements(Job description, compensation, roleexpectations, role analysis) and providing the right solution by right fit.4. Search, screen and engage with candidates through portals and other channels, screen resumes, scheduleinterviews.5. Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and professional networking.6. Create and implement recruiting strategies7. Create and post job advertisements8. Assess applications and resumes9. Screen & interview applicants before presenting to the clients.10. Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and on boarding.11. Managing the database and creating reports.
