Job Description

    We have an opening for HR Executive for our client in UAE.About the Company: Leading Perfume Manufacturing and Trading Company in the Middle East.Position Title: HR ExecutiveExperience: 3 Year Salary: 4000 Saudi Riyal Per Month Food Accommodation Other Benefits.Job Location Makka Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new employees.Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive work environment.Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.Handle disciplinary matters in collaboration with management.Performance Management:Administer performance appraisal processes.Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.HR Policies and Procedures:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.Payroll and Benefits Administration:Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Manage employee benefits programs and resolve related queries.HR Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Generate HR reports as required by management.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.Health and Safety:Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.Conduct periodic safety audits and address concerns promptly.HR Metrics:Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Employee Exit Process:Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.Ensure smooth offboarding processes.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR executive or in a similar role.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailVinay MauryaTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_email www.talishsolutions.com
