Job Description

    AnHR Executiveis responsible for managing a companys human resources. The ideal candidate will hire, train, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and handle employee grievances. Professionals in this role will also update HR policies and regulations and maintain HR records.As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will overseerecruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.Manage and supervise the HR department staff.Oversee recruitment andselection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.Design and run employee training and development programs.Maintain HR records, includingemployee files, compensation, and benefits information.Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.Manage employee benefits programsand ensure compliance with regulations.Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.Oversee and manageemployee wellness and safety programs.Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.Provide HR support and guidance tomanagersand employees.Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HRw processes.Conduct performance evaluations and providefeedback to employees.Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee
