The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with various hiring platforms, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Non-IT hiring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with ATS and job boards is a plusonly female
