Job Description

    Hr Executive - RecruitmentJob descriptionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to hire high-quality candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector.Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirement and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize various Hiring methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential Talent.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified Talents for current and future openings.Review resumes and applications to identify suitable Talents.Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.hire candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company culture.Develope the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its strengths, values, and opportunities for career growth.Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to enhance the companys visibility in the job market.On boarding and Orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Collaborate with Hr and department heads to facilitate training and integration of new employees.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.New Joiners on Job Training.New Joiners Performance measurement.Requirements: -Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
