Roles and responsibilities 1. Recruiting: Manage and own recruiting end to end at TalentPad Brainstorm with founding team on quarterly and monthly recruiting needs Create JDs for all open positions Manage job posting across online recruitment portals, social media Identify top-talent across different open positions, sell the company vision to them and get them to apply Setup interviews, conduct screening interviews as required Follow-up post interview for closures, offer communication and acceptance On-boarding of hired employees 2. Payroll: Setup and manage the payroll systems 3. Appraisals: Setup a process for employee appraisals 4. Culture: Create weekly and monthly pulse checks, help the founding team build the right culture 5. Team Building: To build and hire your team to manage the HR function ,
