Job Description

    Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation:west delhi, janakpuri Experience: 6 months to 1 years salary: 15k to 17kSchedule:Day shift, Monday to SaturdayJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure we attract candidates who align with our company culture and values.Key Responsibilities:
    • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions and assist new hires in acclimating to the company culture.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
