Job Description

    Key Responsibilities*Candidate Sourcing & Screening:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using job portals, networking, and social media.Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates experience, skills, and cultural fit.*Collaborating with Hiring Managers:Work closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and timelines.*Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.Prepare interview questions and materials for interview panels.*Onboarding Support:Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transition into the organization.Collect documentation and assist new employees with their onboarding formalities.*Maintaining Recruitment Database:Keep accurate and updated records of candidate data and recruitment activities.Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs in the power/thermal sector.*Networking & Employer Branding:Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events to build a talent network.Promote the companys values and culture to potential candidates.
