Job Description

    We are Hiring for Hr Recruiter profileforEast DelhiLocationpleasefind the Job responsibilityas below :-Designation :Hr RecruiterExperience :1 to3 yrsWorking days : 6 daysLocation : DelhiBudget : Upto 3 LPAResponsibilities:
    • Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to Short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews
    • Drafting JDs and advertising jobs on careers page, job portals & social media.
    • Research and identify the most suitable platforms and options for sourcing relevant profiles.
    • Responsible to screen candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
    • Close open position requirements within the set time-frame
    • Handling regular follow-ups with the candidates
    • Maintaining Recruitment database and preparation/submission of MIS reports
    • Maintain employee records (hard and digital copies) and conduct employee orientations,On-boarding and joining formalities.
    • Organize employee engagement activities,events and perform day-to-day HR tasks of the existing employees to achieve employee satisfaction andensure better productivity
