Job Description

    HR responsibilities
      • Recruitment and hiring:Create job descriptions, search for candidates, screen applications, and conduct interviews
      • Training and development:Help employees develop their skills and career paths
    • Employee relations:Create a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between employees and management
    • Compensation and benefits:Manage employee benefits and payroll

    • Performance management:Help employees achieve their performance goals
    Required skills and qualifications
    • Three or more years of experience in HR or employee recruitment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
    • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Familiarity with HR software
    Preferred skills and qualifications
    • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
    • Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
