Job Description

    Job Title: RecruiterJob Location:DelhiWork Timings: RotationalWorking Days: 6 days (2 Saturdays off)Responsibilities:
    • Draft Job Descriptions (JDs), source and screen candidates.
    • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
    • Generate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
    • Prepare and maintain employee records and files.
    • Create employee muster in HRMS.
    • Oversee daily operations of the HR department and manage employee facilities.
    Requirements:Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably with a consultancy or RPO background.Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer generation.In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, employee leave, and insurance.Demonstrable leadership abilities.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or Hospitality.Work Experience:2-5 years of experience in recruitment.Gender: Male/FemaleOther Employee Benefits: Leave, Provident Fund (PF)Language Fluency: Preferably fluent in English and Hindi.Target Industry: Preferably candidates with experience in RPO or consulting firms.Demographics: Experience in similar roles within hospitality or HR consultancy preferred.
