    HR Operations

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
    • HR Analytics
    • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and other key HR metrics.
    • Generate regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
    • Compliance and Legal Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and ensure company-wide compliance.
    • Work closely with legal counsel when necessary to address employment-related legal matters.
