Job Description

    An HVAC Foreman supervises and coordinates the work of HVAC technicians and mechanics, ensuring the efficient and safe installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Coordination:Lead and direct HVAC technicians, assigning tasks, scheduling work, and providing technical guidance.Installation and Maintenance:Supervise the installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and according to specifications.Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnose and oversee the repair of malfunctioning HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.Safety Compliance:Enforce safety regulations and ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards and procedures.Quality Control:Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.Resource Management:Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization.Communication and Reporting:Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
