Manages all aspects of turnkey projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned projects scope of work, schedule, and budget Job Responsibilities Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction. Identify and determine project-specific needs to complete a thorough estimate by working with clients and others Have a knowledge of HVAC equipment and construction work for piping, ducting and plumbing etc. Coordinate with a variety of internal Company and external resources to identify pricing, material availability and related cost Create a budget for awarded jobs utilizing material buy out and cost saving ideas Manage personnel, accounts, material, logistics, contracts, and operations of awarded contracts Attend meetings in association with projects, administration, and operations Acquire the required permits and authorizations for projects Provide feedback to upper management on employee issues Regular job site visits Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required. Working Conditions Working Days 6 days per week Working Hours 8 hours per day Working Place(Location) Rohini, New Delhi Annual Salary 1 USD The Term of Contract 12 months Total Rewards(Compensation) Insurance, House, Meal, Transportation Etc Annual salary : 240,000 INR ~ 480,000 INR Mandatory Qualification Degree Bachelor Major Related Experience More than 3 years experience Skills/Licenses Job Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management Preferred. Minimum of two (3) years of project management, HVAC (systems, equipment, installation, or service) or related experience, or a minimum of project management, HVAC (systems, equipment, installation, or service) or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills Read, understand and interpret all plans, specifications, schematics and other project documents Professional appearance at all times At least 3 years of experience in estimating, project cost development or project management HVAC related license Language English(Native) / Hindi(Native) Etc Attached File,
