Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at India IPO in NSP, Delhi, India.Qualifications & Skills
    • Handle 100 outbound calls in a day.
    • Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
    • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
    • Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
    • Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
    • Taking and processing orders accurately.
    • Preserve the companys reputation by handling grievances.
    • Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
    • Generate revenue by educating prospects and converting them into sales.
    • Respond quickly to assigned leads.
    • Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
    • Prior experience in the finance industry would be an advantage.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Female candidates are preferred.
    Timings- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
