    Job descriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for results-driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our global organization at an exciting time of growth and innovation and that includes delivering clients with the most comprehensive services through the best research capabilities in the industry. The primary focus will be the qualification of inbound customer inquiries through phone and chat. You will guide, uncover, identify, develop, and educate prospects through the solution and the first stage of the sales The mainfunction of the person would be to handle the complete Reservation and operations Process from the French Market.He should have a good command of written and spoken French & English Language and should be able to communicate with the Guest and the FTO / direct Clients in French & English. Also Should be able to work as per the requirement concerning thereservations by email, telephone, or through a central reservation system. Should be able to have a complete MIS of the Department and also be able to handle all the Operations and Reservations work in the Inbound Tour department atmosphere.Key skills:
    • We are looking for candidates with a hunter mentality, energy, and passion.
    • Candidates should have around 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, products, or services
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial in English and French
    • Proven track record of success within a high volume and effective tele sales.
    • Strong client orientation with a high determination to exceed expectations.
    • The focus and commitment to develop a thorough knowledge of this exciting and innovative industry.
    • Possesses the ability to organize information, and prioritize workload and tasks in a timely manner.
    • Possesses a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, and relational database experience desirable
    • Possesses the ability to be flexible, to follow up on multiple tasks and projects, and assist others when requested

    Jobs & Responsibilities:
    • Well-versed with MS Office and Making Cost Proposal/Quotation.
    • Generating and following up on leads, Qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities
    • Preparing Itineraries as required by his Clients.
    • Working closely with Consulting and Sales Management in order to identify, qualify, and maximize the opportunities for the company.
    • Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and make reservations as needed.
    • Making Complete Tours Documents and Handling Complete Tour Files in an Inbound Tour Atmosphere
    • Making professional, accurate, cost-effectivetravelarrangements while providing excellent customer service
    • Coordination with the Complete Team and the Management for the Day to Day Working.
    • To develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients
    • Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house.
    • Can perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
    • Take full ownership of issues, troubleshoot, and ensure that they are followed through from start to finish and that all parties involved are informed of status updates
    Education:Minimum Graduate or equivalent. Must speak, read. Write the French Language besides Excellent Command over the English language used in the workplace.Experience: Min 03 Years of working Experience in a travel company (Travel Agency/Tour operator)Minimum Bachelors degree
    • Good to have a Delf B1 or bachelors degree in the French language
    • Candidate must have basic knowledge of important tourist places across India.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Must have good team spirit and willingness to work in all circumstances.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
