About Us Sparc Infotech Pvt Ltd is a 28-year-old established IT company based in Delhi, specializing in supplying IT products and solutions to corporate and government clients across computers, laptops, servers, storage, networking, and UPS systems. Role Overview We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative - freshers welcome - with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry. This role combines back-end support with telecalling for customer acquisition, and is a great starting point for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT sales and government tendering. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective corporate customers for lead and customer acquisition - Support back-end IT sales operations - coordination, data entry, and follow-ups - Check and track government tenders online, including on the GeM portal - Assist in maintaining and updating tender and customer databases - Coordinate with the sales team on quotations and client follow-ups - Learn and grow into GeM tender participation and other IT product processes over time Skills Required - Good communication skills for telecalling and customer interaction - Comfortable with basic computer use (MS Excel, email, internet research) - Strong desire to learn about IT products (laptops, desktops, servers, UPS, networking) and government tendering (GeM) - Willingness to learn - no prior experience required - Good follow-up and coordination skills Qualification Graduate Experience Freshers welcome What We Offer - Great learning opportunity with a 28-year-established IT company - On-the-job training in IT products, GeM tendering, and B2B sales - Quick growth opportunities for deserving candidates - Attractive incentives based on performance
