Job Description

We are looking for Talented individuals to Join our Sales team in a Permanent Work from Home model serving our North American client.Freshers can apply with good communication !Key Responsibilities:Initiating and closing sales deals across North America region through targeted outreach.Need to do minimum 3 sales per day.Develop and nurture customer relationships, understanding their needs and effectively promoting our companys offerings.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.Meet and exceed sales targets set for the contractual period while adhering to company policies and sales strategies.Candidate Specifications:Willing to work in U.S.A. hours on 3 months Contractual roles.Excellent Spoken English with U.S.A. / Neutral accent and good typing speed on Laptop/Pc.Basic understanding on US Small & Middle size companies in Retail market is a plus.Should be flexible with timings for first 3 months.Should have a laptop/Pc, Headset with Good internet connectivity at home.Compensation & Benefits:Work from Home with 5 Day workingShift: 5:30 pm -7 am (Night Shift)9 hours of Log in, first 90 Days mandatory. Post 90 days flexible working upon achieving targets.Get your own device with Internet speed of 100 Mbps .Bi-Monthly payments on successful sale closure, rolling successful sales conversion every two weeks. (No Retiral Benefits or Medical benefits)
