As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will primarily work from an office setting, engaging with customers via phone, email, or other digital communication channels.Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate and sell to customers.. Proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers to generate new sales leads and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to address prospect needs, answer product-related questions, and provide accurate information. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the retail industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis. Utilize sales techniques such as consultative selling, active listening, and persuasive communication to influence customers and close sales.
