Job Description

    Job Title: Institutional Sales and Marketing ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Institutional Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including large corporations, financial institutions, government bodies, and other key stakeholders. This role will involve sales strategy development, client acquisition, brand positioning, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness within the institutional sector.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting institutional clients to achieve revenue growth and market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key institutional decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual and quarterly sales targets and strategies.
    1. Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
    1. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop customized solutions and value propositions tailored to client needs.
    • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns targeting institutional clients.
    • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and case studies for use in sales engagements and institutional promotions.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
    1. Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer service, legal) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
    • Mentor junior sales staff and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for sales and marketing initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or marketing.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals with institutional clients.
    • Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles, financial products, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a network of institutional contacts.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and client needs to develop effective solutions.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
