Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote insurance products
    • Educate customers on the benefits of insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options based on their needs
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    • Process insurance policy applications and ensure all required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in sales or customer service roles
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Insurance license (preferred but not required)
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
    Salary shall be based on skills and years of experience
