Insurance Manager

Job Description

• Experience:Minimum 5-10 years in the Life Insurance industry
• Team Handling:At least 2-3 years managing FLS (Field Sales Leaders) managers
• Background:Ideally from an Agency channel
• Location:Must have resided in the same city for the past 2-3 years
• Preference:Former employees of MLI (Max Life Insurance) will be prioritized
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMsand Advisors. Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team ofADRMs and advisors. Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards bymaintaining the Persistency standards. Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisorsfor new product launches / revision in the existing policies. Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets. Work with other functions / departments and work towardssolving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.
