Job Description

    Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing operations and benefit redemption processing through VisionSures platform, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.- Manage and monitor insurance operations through the company dashboard.- Review, verify, and validate redemption documents against policy guidelines and requirements.- Approve or reject customer redemption request cases based on validation rules and compliance standards.- Follow up on pending requests, resolve discrepancies, and escalate cases when required.- Maintain accurate records through data entry, validation, and system updates.- Track processing timelines to ensure timely resolution.- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.- Generate reports and support process improvements to streamline insurance operations.Requirements- Graduated in any discipline.- 0-3 years of experience in insurance operations, claims processing, back-office operations, or data management (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.- Solid documentation review and verification capabilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.- Good communication and customer-handling skills.- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.- A basic understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures is preferred.This job was posted by Mokshita Oberoi from VisionSure.
