Job Description

    • Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently via phone calls and chats.
    • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers based on their needs.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment.
    Training Period:
    • Location: Gurgaon
    • Duration: 20 days (Paid Training)
    • Days: Monday to Saturday
    • Timings: 10am to 7pm / 9am to 6pm (Sunday fixed off)
    • Report to the office 15 minutes before the mentioned time
    • Address: Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122015
    Working Office:
    • Location: Mohan Estate Office, Delhi
    • Days: 5.5 days working
    • Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs
    • Timings: Any 9 hours shift between 9am to 10pm
    • Performance-based incentives (INR 15,000)
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
