Country Manager [International (Industrial Products)] :- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective lead Generation.- Manage portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success- Develop positive relationships with clients Monitor sales metrics e.g. quarterly sales results & annual forecast- Suggest action to improve sales performance & identify opportunities for growth- Act as the point of contact & handle customers individual needs- Generate new business using existing & potential customer networks- Resolve conflicts & provide solutions to customers in a timely manner- Totally Customer Driven Attitude highly skilled with Market Knowledge- Identify business opportunities and Increase the Cliental base for the company.- Analyze problems by using past sales experience and good judgment; work with other Functions or team members to develop solutions to resolve problems- Understanding of the Regional Channel Business- Brand Building: Create brand and Increase Reach to the customers by creating and hiring team members.- Good communication & influencing skills; a team player & a leader.- Able to drive sales target, planning of Branding Activity, monitoring Clients on their Requirements and motivating team to achieve targets.- Identify Competitors and Plan strategy accordingly- Innovating and researching.- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business- Key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.- Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls- Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually- Manage and control credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits- Constantly support and handhold customers for all inquiries, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.Qualification And Experience :i. Bachelor of Engineering & MBA from Premier Institute in Marketing or International Sales with around 4-6 years of experience in Sales of Industrial Products & International Sales Experience.ii. Commercial acumen to ensure profitabilityiii. Target oriented alignment of activitiesiv. Networking with sales ecosystemv. Passion for leading people with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsvi. Friendly with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skillsvii.
