Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi & English and be comfortable handling international clients via phone calls.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to international customers and handle inbound queries.
    • Explain products/services and resolve customer queries effectively.
    • Maintain customer records and update the database.
    • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and follow up on leads.
    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Work with the sales team to convert potential leads into clients.
    Key Skills & Requirements:
    • Fluent in Hindi & English (both verbal & written).
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle international clients with professionalism.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM or call-handling software (preferred).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
