    • Remote Tools:Zoho Assist, Any Desk, Team Viewer & Desktop Central
    • Antivirus:Trent micro installation & Symantec
    • IP Configuration
    • Troubleshooting OS Problems
    • Monitoring & troubleshooting of network related issues
    • Installation of Different Softwares
    • Installation of Biometric related Software
    • Troubleshooting Hardware Problem and replacing the Part of PCs / Laptop
    • Formatting and Installing All OS to the PCs and Laptops
    • Troubleshooting OS problems
