Job Description

    As an IT Project Coordinator at DreamSol TeleSolutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to manage the smooth project implementation life cycle. This includes planning project stages, assessing the business implications for each stage, monitoring progress, ensuring costs, timescales, and quality standards are met, and adjusting plans to accommodate unforeseen circumstances if necessary.You should possess credible experience in handling sophisticated corporate clients, ensuring smooth rollouts, and obtaining sign-offs. Additionally, you will be required to bridge the gap between business leads and the development team by effectively liaising for timely demos or proof of concepts with potential clients.In this role, you will also be expected to excel as a Business Analyst by gathering customized Change Request (CR) requirements from clients, drafting them, and creating blueprints for the development team. Taking ownership of existing products and product flows to work towards innovative improvements will be crucial.Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing trackers for the overall development team, aligning the timelines of various products in the pipeline with sales requirements for management review. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements is essential for success in this role.We are specifically looking for candidates based in Delhi NCR for this urgent requirement.
