Job Description

    Position: JC Home Delivery LeadJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within the JC area.
    2. Manage and supervise multiple outbound channels to maintain high service levels for JHD customers.
    3. Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents in the JC area according to set targets.
    4. Conduct refresher training on JHD processes and product knowledge for agents.
    5. Facilitate Lead Acceptance and Lead Delivery on a daily basis.
    6. Ensure accurate JC Level Master Configurations on the JHD platform, including agents, stores, PIN codes, and products.
    7. Plan JC territory to guarantee complete staffing coverage.
    8. Supervise and manage General Trade and Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
    9. Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
    10. Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices.
