Job Description

    Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those with some accounting experience looking to grow their careers in a dynamic environment. This position is going to be an OJT(On Job Training) for the duration of initial 3 months.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
    • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
