    RESPONSIBILITIES Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to project specifications. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Recording, editing, and encoding audio/video files. Performing media edits based on feedback. Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE Articulate 360 Adobe Photoshop Adobe Audition Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Illustrator 3DS Max/Maya (Desired) Adobe After Effects Adobe Animate MS OfficeQUALIFICATIONS BFA, MFA, B.Sc Multimedia, BCA - Any Specialization, Diploma - Computers or Any Graduate. Bachelors degree in Multimedia/Graphic Design or related field with advanced design. and production skills, or have equivalent experience.
