Job Description

    We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our affiliate marketing program and reaching out to potential partners across various channels especially YouTube. This entry-level position is perfect if you are a recent graduate or someone looking to kick start their career in marketing. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:1. Influencer Campaign Coordination:Assist in planning, executing, and tracking influencer marketing campaigns.Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables (content, videos, etc.).Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports2. Influencer Partnership Coordination:Draft and process agreements for influencer collaborations.Ensure all partnership terms and conditions are properly documented and adhered to3. Payment Management:Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely release of payments.Coordinate with the finance team to maintain accurate payment records4. Communication &Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring clear and timely communication.Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with influencer partners.Address and resolve any queries or concerns from influencers promptly.5. Administrative Support:Maintain detailed records of influencer activities, agreements, and payments.Prepare regular reports on the status of influencer partnerships and campaigns.Assist in coordinating influencer campaign schedules and deliverables.Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Sales AcumenIf you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic marketing environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.Location- Saket, Delhi Office timings- 10 AM to 7 PM Office days- Monday to Saturdays (Alternate Saturdays are off )
