pWe are seeking a bJunior Software Developer bto join our team and assist in designing developing and maintaining software programs that meet the needs of our clientsbrbrbJob Description b As a Junior Software Developer you will be crucial in developing and maintaining software applications Your responsibilities will include brbruKey Responsibilities ubrbr1brbr Design and Development Collaborate with the development team to design and develop software programs tailored to meet client requirementsbrbr2 Requirement Documentation Prepare detailed requirement documentation to understand project objectives and deliverablesbrbrbrbr3 Error Analysis and Resolution Identify and resolve errors and issues within software applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfactionbrbr4brbr Application Maintenance Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software applications to keep them up to date and aligned with client needsbrbr5 End-User Guide Create comprehensive user guides to. assist end-users in effectively utilizing our software productsbrbrbrbr6 Collaboration Work closely with team members to design and implement effective software solutions sharing knowledge and insights to achieve project goalsbrbruRequired Skills ubrbr- A minimum of b1-3 years bof hands-on experience in programming is preferredbrbrbrbr- Familiarity with the bASPNET framework and SQL Serverbbrbr- Knowledge of at least one of the brbrNET languages preferably Visual Basic NETbrbr- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScriptbrbrbrbr- Critical analytical and problem-solving abilitiesbrbr- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentbrbruPreferred Qualifications ubrbr- Experience with software development tools and technologiesbrbrbrbr- Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologiesbrbr- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersbrbr- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languagesbrbrp refhiristcom,
