    1. Key Account Management for the Architects and Interior Designers in the defined geography
    2. Visiting Architects / Interior Designers regularly, building in good relationship with them, providing a
    very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain
    1. Ensuring that there is a high level of engagement through exhibitions, new products, and events
    2. Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators,
    knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any site.
    1. Own a set of premium /OL Arch/ID 55-60 and lead by example by converting them through
    innovative and out of box thinking Ensuring all contractors of A/ID are registered on ICC program.
    1. Identifying the critical/burning issues of the geography affecting market development & take
    immediate action to overcome the same with RBDM/RSM
    1. Ensuring any issue raised by them is resolved by collaborating with the Sales Officers and the Technical
    Team
    1. Follow market trends and give feedback to the Marketing team.
