    • Dishwashing: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and organized efficiently.
    • Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen by overseeing cleaning schedules and tasks.
    • Waste Management: Manage the disposal of kitchen waste, including food scraps and garbage, in an environmentally responsible manner.
    • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools, to ensure they function properly.
    • Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies, detergents, and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
    • Staff Training: Train new kitchen stewards on cleaning protocols, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
    • Shift Coordination: Organize and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
    • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to kitchen emergencies, such as spills, breakages, and accidents.
    • Quality Control: Inspect cleaned dishes and kitchen equipment to ensure they meet hygiene and quality standards.
