Job Description

    We are introducing Kotak NextGen bankers Program in tie up with Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru.This programme shall offer an assured promising career pathway with Kotak Mahindra Bank.The NextGen Bankers shall be selected through a rigorous assessment process post which they will embark on a transformative one-year journey, acquiring knowledge and skills for a fruitful career in Banking. This programme has been curated in association with Manipal Global Education Services.The candidates on successfully completing the programme will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). They would join Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. as Branch Relationship Manager at Deputy Manager grade.To avail this, simply tick off the eligibilty criteria :- Graduation qualification in any stream- B.Sc/ B.E./ B.Tech : 60% or above , Others : 50% or above- Must be below 27 years of age on date of Application.One Year Kotak Mahindra Next Gen Bankers Programme comprises of 3 stints whose details are as below:Stint 1 It shall be a 4-monthresidential classroom programme which will include:
    1. Classroom Sessions
    2. Lectures and connects with Leaders from across the industry.
    3. Real world cases and Field works for wholesome learning.
    NextGen Bankers will receive a stipend of INR 5,000 / month during the classroom programme.Stint 2In this stint, NextGen Bankers will undergo a 2 months On the Job Training (OJT) with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. at any office/branch across India. Through the OJT.A stipend of INR 10,000/Month is paid to NextGen Bankers during the internship period.Stint 3During the last 6 months of the programme, candidates undergo an Internship at any branch/office of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. This Internship aims provide a real-time experience of working in the Banking sector and prepares the candidates for a fruitful career ahead.A stipend of INR 25,000/Month is paid during the Internship period.Post the completion of the course, NextGen Banker shall join as Branch Relationship Manager a Deputy Manager at CTC of 5 lac & will also be eligible for performance linked pay.Candidates need to pay INR 2,80,000 (including taxes) to Manipal Academy of BFSI for the programme.In case you are interested please share your CV on given email address - hidden_email
