Job Description

    Lead/ Asst. Manager / Manager MBO Retail About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MBO Lead to drive business growth across our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) network. The role involves managing retail partnerships, expanding market presence, ensuring strong product visibility, and delivering sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail channel sales, relationship management, and execution excellence within the footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales growth and business expansion across Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO partners, distributors, and store owners.
    • Ensure optimum product availability, visibility, and merchandising across stores.
    • Monitor sell-through, stock levels, and replenishment requirements.
    • Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store activations.
    • Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
    • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly targets.
    • Train store staff on product knowledge and brand standards.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, marketing, and operations support.
    • Responsible to manage, hire & train sales executives PAN India at assigned SIS.
    Required Skills:

    • Visual Merchandising
    • Strong data analytics & reporting skills
    • Stakeholder management.
    Experience:
    • Min 6years of experience in Retail
    1 year of experience in Area / Cluster or City management.
