Job Description

    Job Title: Lead Generation ExpertLocation: GurgaonJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential existing & New customers in the energy, telecom, and power sectors, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.
    • Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.
    • Upsell products and services when appropriate.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a B2B sales or call centre role, preferably in the energy, telecom, or power sectors. (Minimum of 1-year experience)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in outbound sales But it has to B2B Not B2C .
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the energy, telecom, and power industries.
    Shift Timing: UK Shift- 1:30 PM- 09:30 PM Working Days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)/ Saturday, Sunday Fixed off
