Job Description

    Position Summary:The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and leading a team to meet and exceed performance targets. This role involves managing inventory, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and creating a positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales and Customer Service:
      • Drive sales through excellent customer service and effective team management.
      • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
      • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
    2. Team Leadership and Development:
      • Hire, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent service.
      • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
      • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
    3. Operational Management:
      • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
      • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize shrinkage.
      • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
    4. Financial Management:
      • Prepare sales reports, track budgets, and analyze performance data.
      • Manage cash flow, process transactions, and reconcile daily sales.
      • Control store expenses.
    5. Marketing and Merchandising:
      • Implement in-store promotions and marketing strategies.
      • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to brand standards.
      • Stay updated on market trends to adjust product offerings.
